Dont ever use them, they say theyre after customer satisfaction but they truly dont care about the customer other than that theyre under contract. If you want to cancel their services before they can auto renew you have to notify them 3 months before the renewal date, but theyll drag their feet until its too late. Weve tried talking to customer service and local supervisors and all they have to say is that we signed the auto renewal contract. On top of that, their rags are very poorly maintained. We regularly and consistently receive rags that have metal shavings in them, are torn/have holes in them, and are stuck together due to silicone or other adhesives. After talking to other shops who use alsco, and reading through the multitude of other negative reviews, this seems to be common practice with them and its down right criminal.

Absolutely the worst linen company in the industry! Once you are under contract they can literally stop delivering you product and there is nothing that you can do about it. You can call customer service every week for six months and nothing happens, nothing gets fixed, nothing changes. The only thing you can do is send a certified letter to them at which point they will respond by sending you back a letter saying that basically you are under contract so it doesn't matter. We ended up having to buy out our contract just so we could actually get product from another company. Everything is automated to where you really don't get to talk to anyone that can fix your issues until you tell them you no longer want their services. Just like I'm sure there will be an automated response to this where I can email someone that will never respond!
