Erica, We have done thousands of clothing drives over the past 20 years and we never had any problems. We always strive to offer exceptional service. Our organization is staffed by the best people and I will stand behind all my employees. Our staff is always courteous and happy to help. We accept all bags and boxes of every size and color. We went out of our way to send a truck to your clothing drive early because you put your bags out just before an eminent rain storm. We picked up what you had and would have been happy to have returned to pickup your remaining 10 bags. You called us after hours going into a weekend. When we received your message we immediately responded to your request, however there seemed to be no pleasing you as you were very confrontational over the phone. I am sorry you were unhappy with our company and that we were not able to remedy your issues. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction.

We have used this company for two years now and have had nothing but trouble! The first year they tell you that you cant use black bags, which is what most people use when donating clothes. Then this year they were supposed to come and pick up our donations, The day they were supposed to come it was raining so they said they would come early. We said OK when the driver came he said to call if we had any more bags delivered and they would come back and pick it up. Well we have been calling every day for the past week and they still have not come to pick up our donations, I finally was able to speak to a gentleman there today and he was extremely nasty and insinuated that I was lying that his driver never said he would come back. The phone call ended with him saying find another place to donate your items. We use a lot of different fundraising companies and this is by far the absolute worst company we have ever delt with. I suggest you find another company to use, it is not worth the hassle!

Our 8th Grade Class had a clothing drive to raise funds for the 8th Grade dance, class trip, and graduation. We were provided with a flyer to share with families, friends, and neighbors so they could come out and support us. Booking a date was so easy and the pick up of clothes was even easier. The students and parents had a lot of fun collecting clothes that would be distributed to thrift stores in our area. We made money to help the kids have awesome 8th Grade celebrations. It was easy to communicate with Bob and his staff. Phone calls and messages were returned immediately and they were very thorough and reliable. Our elementary school uses them every year and we will continue to use them. It really is a win-win situation because everyone ends up happy.

We had a clothing drive for our softball team and we were able to generate some extra money without having to ask people for monetary donations at a time where money is tight for most families. Works best for large groups or for smaller groups that can collect over a period of time. Bob was great to work with and made everything very easy!

My church has been coordinating clothing drives with B&B for more than five years. Time and again, B&B employees have proven that customer service is their number one priority. Phone calls are promptly returned. Trucks always arrive on time. Drivers help load the trucks. Suggestions are offered to improve future clothing drives ( e.g., scheduling, advertising, and location). Every fundraising clothing drive has been more profitable than the previous drive, thanks, in large part, to Bob and his crew. It has been a pleasure working with B&B Management Company.

This was our 5th clothing drive with B&B. The truck always arrives on time and the drivers are always polite and extremely helpful. This past Saturday we collected more that last year and when we saw it was not going to fit in one truck the driver called the office right away. Before we finished loading the first truck the 2nd truck was pulling up. They had a 2nd truck here in 25 minutes, Wow, I couldn't believe it. Thanks to B&B and their staff we had another very smooth and successful clothing drive. I highly recommend this company.
