very poor service, would not recommend at all. and would rather smash my computer then give it to them to fix. pompus, overpriced and very unhelpful. in response to your comment, ratings are irrelevant if customer manners are not in play I had an emergency situation which I explained to you but you didn't care, price was not a issue as I also explained, I deal with sick people which I also explained. there is so much more to business than supposed rating. you couldn't even be bothered to push the button on my computer to give advice. turns out is was a Microsoft problem not mine. easy to fix, took it to someone else, fixed it in 30 mins while I waited and enabling me deal with my ill patients, unlike you guys who couldn't be bothered to even look. shame that, you will have lost a lot of business from this. but more than that respect.
Apologies for the confusion, maybe we weren't clear enough with our turnaround times. Most repairs are resolved within 2 to 3 days and any relevant updates within the 1st 24 hours. Appreciate your feedback though and we'll look into some staff training going forward so that everyone is singing from the same hymn sheet.

Took my laptop in and told they would look at it today and give me a call to advise what needed doing. Called later in the day to check progress and told it would be at least a couple of days . Not impressed
Major problems with my PC. Fixed it in no time, brought computer to my home, reloaded anti virus , checked all was OK. Would recommend them strongly
