While Im happy that you have had some painless experiences with our services, its unfortunate that you feel like other times we are not being helpful. Our Customer Service team is instructed to make every effort to help. Ill address your comments with the team. I understand regrettably that our Same Day service option did not work out for you. Our cutoff times were implemented to give you and our other customers as much time as possible to get in orders and artwork and still meet the shipping deadline. Currently, our Same Day Cutoff is 12pm PST when that is combined with Next Day Air we only have a little over 3 hours to print, trim, pack and ship that order before the express truck picks up and leaves for that day. Our cutoff times are in place to ensure that we meet our commitments to you and your order ships on time. If you have a suggestion to how we can adjust these times to better serve you, we would be happy to listen.

I have ordered from here a few different times. Sometimes I have no issues at all and other times it's like hitting my head against a brick wall. The only thing that hurts is me. Multiple times I had technical issues uploading and placing an order and tried asking for help with customer service and to no avail they didn't want to help me. Great pricing but very very poor customer service that doesn't care other than the money you give them. They also need to re-adjust their cutoff time frame. I had an issue with trying to submit an order for same day and next day delivery on a Saturday. They told me sorry, " we can't help you due to the volume and our next day air trucks pickup by 3:15pm. That's a very short time frame with a 12pm cutoff time-frame. Very poor management and customer service. I'm going to be looking for a new company to work with even if it means paying slightly more. The pricing is not worth the headache of their customer service department.
