Embroidery Art completed 20 shirts and a Levi hat over a year ago with great quality. I returned with a Levi jacket to have the my logo embroidered on the back. I had to pay $100 to have it resized and digitized. After a week without a proof or call to pickup my order; I stopped by to check on my order. He actually said that's what you wanted. He embroidered only half of my logo, the stitch work is crooked and wrinkled. The logo portion with bulldog isn't even on there, as shown in the 2 pictures. Mind you this the same exact logo he did a year ago. Not sure if the 2 creases in the half logo work will press out. To take it to the cleaners; that's another cost on top that I have to pay to try and salvage the jacket. My guess is when a business gives its customers their items back balled up in a Walmart bag, they need to go by a cleaners. Embroidery Art is now a 1 Star in my book.Half a star if allowed.

Thanks for your review, i am sure you don't mean that we charged your card without your permission since your employee swiped the card in our shop after we notified her that we gave $20 discount for the 2 uniforms that had the wrong logo (keep in mind that you have not paid the embroidery for those 2 uniforms when you dropped them off which means we paid for the actual uniforms) this situation is 100% positive on our side which assure our credibility towards our customers and that we stand behind our work. Again, thanks and will be happy to serve you anytime you need us

They used a different business' logo on 2 uniforms, then said it was our fault. When I offered what I thought was a fair solution via phone - they embroider the two new uniforms free, along with four robes, he agreed, but then charged our credit card (after a $20 credit)....after we dropped off the new uniforms and the robes.
