Cassidy, It's most unfortunate that you had a bad experience with the former business owner of Imagine That. I started business in January 2019 and am Dakota Screen Printing. I have striven to build up the business in the past year and hope that those former customers of Imagine That would give Dakota Screen Printing a try.

If I had the option it would be for negative stars. The most unreliable company. Ordered my items on November 16th 2018 and Teresa said it would take two weeks to be ready. So I paid for them. I ordered 4 caps, 4 beanie hats and 4 lady style stocking caps all with our logo on them. Remind you, there has been numerous calls and stopping in. On Monday December 10th I stopped in and the order wasnt ready but she assured me it would be on Wednesday the 12th. On Wednesday morning Teresa called me and said she could not find our order so she wouldnt have the order ready that day. After not hearing anything, on December 19th I drove into town to pick the order up and all she had ready was two stocking hats and said the rest would be ready by tomorrow. It is December 20th and she still did not complete my order, she told me to stop back at noon. I got there at 1:00pm, she set my stuff down in a bag with the receipt that had $49.00 dollar cash refund and then walked into the back room. She would not speak to me so I left her a note and then I finally left the store. Going through my items I am missing the 4 beanie hats, missing one cap, and the stocking hats are the wrong colors with the embroidery not centered on the cap. One cap is the wrong color and the lettering I can not even describe how terrible. I called her and told her I could not use these items and would be bringing them back. I explained how bad the logos were and that I am missing 5 hats. The order is embarrassing and she would not give me my money back because I left the store with the order. ( which I didnt even receive the whole order) I cant give these to my crew for Christmas. It is absolutely horrid. She was rude and unprofessional. I absolutely do not recommend anyone doing business with Teresa. She is very unprofessional. RD

Dakota Screen Printing and Embroidery, embroidered my apron and all of my new towels for my business and they turned out PERFECTLY! Mary was very nice to work with and turn around time was extremely fast. Very pleased with the service!!

Friendly, fast, and affordable! I had some hats embroidered with my company logo and they came out perfect. To be fair, they had the hats in stock. The turn around time was still quick considering they had hats in stock that I liked. I would highly recommend this shop. Thanks!
