Im sorry that your experience was not up to your expectations but we did do our best to help you. Helping you set up your artwork, ordering special shirts and making sure that you received your order in the time that you needed it and that all was done. As a business we can not replace every shirt that someone says that is not a good fit after approved and printed. We would go out of business if we did that thats why we encouraged you to come in and try it on (online we send size charts and spec sheets to customers). The issue is that you came in and tried on the items and then wanted to change the sizing after they were printed, as the owner I thought that we were doing you a favor by trying to offer you a discount to reprint as I do not see that this issue is our fault. I do apologize for your experience but do stand by our policies.

I went into this business to try on the shirt before I purchased it to make sure the shirt fit. I decided on the small because the young lady working there mentioned that the material was already preshrunk and it would fit exactly like that so I wouldnt have to worry about shrinkage. I also liked the softness and material the shirt was made of so I decided to purchase that shirt in that size with my design to welcome my husband home from deployment. When the shirts came back they looked like toddler size shirts, they were not the same material and needless to say I wasnt happy. You could also tell where they left the heat on the shirt too long and the discoloration set in on the shirt and design. I am one unhappy military spouse and vet. They waited until 45 mins til closing to call me to pick the shirts up on a Friday so I didnt have time to complain if I wanted to because by the time I got there they were closing. I emailed them to express that I wasnt pleased with the shirt due to it not being what she said it would be prior to me purchasing it. She emails me back on their next business day (Monday) and offers me a 25% discount to purchase 2 more shirts to fix it at the next size. I call her on the phone and tell her that the shirt I received isnt even made of the same material that I tried on in her business which is why the small doesnt fit the same. And then she proceeds to say, the shirt you tried on was a blend and you have a 100% cotton. I told her I ordered the same shirt that I tried on not a 100% cotton shirt at least that is what I thought I was getting so I didnt want to call her a liar so I said Im going to say this is a whole lot of confusion right here because it isnt what I ordered. I hate to say this but this is why I hate supporting some businesses because you know youre wrong. You messed this up! I would not recommend this business to anyone, go to a REAL T-shirt business that does quality work and takes care of their customers and believes in customer satisfaction. I honestly didnt see anything of quality in this business and will never do business with them again. When I asked if they could do other things with their T-shirt designs they couldnt do it, they are very basic, so if you are a basic person maybe this is for you. If you are looking for non-quality T-shirts this is for you. Take your business somewhere else.

Terrible experience with this company. Had them on 2 different occasions print the logo to my company on shirts I supplied. One the 1st occasion it took over a month to have shirts completed and was dragged along the entire way. When I finally got them they had misspelled the wording on the shirt. Resolved that issue and repeatedly apologized as a one time error. Going against my better judgment and chalking it up to a mistake we all could make I gave them another shot. This time around it took almost 3 weeks to do 2 shirts! And when I got them they had printed the design on the both shirts when I had told them I wanted it done the exact way as last time. He danced around the idea it was his fault and in turn blamed it on me for not looking at the invoice closely enough to see that it said it would be printed on back of both. I told him I had asked you to do it exactly the same as last time and would of assumed that seeing he is the one who did the previous work he would have notes and follow them. At the end he said it was my problem, he wasn't going to pay for a new shirt, and that was all he could do. All he focused on was the fact that I was angry and loud and that because of that I would fail in my business venture. Not once caring about resolving the issue he caused and on top of that insulting me because he didn't agree with my approach. Stay far away from this outfit if you want your custom t shirts done right in a reasonable amount of time while also not being insulted and spoken down to and talked over the entire time.

Their turn around time is great. I sent them the images I wanted printed on a t-shirt and I was called the same day saying it was ready for pick up. The t-shirt came out great. I dont have any complaints.

THIS IS ANOTHER FAKE REVIEW BY THE COMPETITION. Its sad but true. We have no record of this customer in our order log or in our email system.
