Hosted drive-thru covid testing here. They made everyone wait in line for 3 hours and then cancelled all testing with no explanation, despite posted info claiming they were open for another 4 hours. Instead of proactively communicating this, they waited for every car to slowly make its way to the front of the line. This place's employees have no idea what they're doing.
