I lived in this complex for over three years. The apartments are spacious but I did notice the windows were separating from their frames until I moved in. That was never repaired because the space was so large the maintenance man who was the best, tried to repair it but it was never really resolved. I stock an old towel in the gap and went forward. Other than the window issues no problems with the apartment. My issue is with the management company. I always paid on time and sometimes early before the first. I also left the apartment cleaner than I found it and in great shape. When I moved the management co found every excuse they could to keep my deposit. I moved out over a year ago and still the matter is unresolved. I write all of this to warn you to be very careful in your dealing with these people. Make sure everything they tell you will documented on paper if not they will soon forget what was said. Be careful!!
I would post a zero if i could. The funny thing is one of The 5star reviews here is from one of the property managers. Glad this person thought they were doing a great job because a sense of delusion is the only suitable answer for why the place is a dump. Stay away from this property! Heres a list of things that have gone wrong at this apartment and townhome complex in the 7 months that I lived there before deciding enough was enough.... 3 different property managers have transitioned into being on staff. There is absolutely no communication to residents. I found out every time when there was no response to emails and maintenance requests. I had walk in the office and there was always a new person trying to catch up on so many things going wrong. My apartment had rats. You could hear them burrowing in the walls and cabinets. Comepletely unacceptable. Managers lost rent payments to not only me but several other residents threatening eviction if we didnt pay again. Thank God I had reciepts but for those who didnt it didnt seem as if they were willing to accommodate. Not to mention this is 4 months after the rent was paid that they said it was not on file. No one is ever in the office or picks up the phone. Its impossible to reach anyone in regards to anything. They reset gate codes without warning. Meaning you can get stuck outside or inside of the gate at any given time. Hopefully youre not late for work like me being stuck inside the gate for 20 minutes at 6:30 in the morning. Terrible experience. Right now Im trying to contact someone about my security deposit that has yet to be refunded to me after 2 months. But imagine this... I cant get anyone on the phone. The worst living experience of my life. Pool is always dirty. Hot tub never worked. This complex is terrible. I advise anyone seriously looking for a new living situation to stay away. Youre going to waste a lot of time and money.
I have been living at Northpointe Village for a year. Since the new management and maintenance team have arrived at northpointe village there have been constant maintenance issues addressed. Trey does a great job responding and reacting to the issues of the village. The manager Amber has always taken quick action when I have needed. Definitely doing a great job.
Great place to live. Awesome staff members. Amber (manager) and Trey (maintenance) is very personable and quick to respond. Quiet neighborhood and wonderful views of the lake. The management has made significant improvements/upgrades to the property and it is continual. The professional and family oriented team have created a great environment.
DO NOT LIVE HERE! 1. It is SO ridiculously expensive for the conditions and for the treatment you get. 2. These people are SHADY. My fiancé and I were on a month to month lease, paying an extra $100 a month. So were talking $1400 a month which is absurd. The manager was NEVER there and literally never answered the phone. We tried for months to contact her. She picked up the phone once we said we would be moving out soon and immediately said she couldnt talk and that she would call us back. Never did. And we kept trying to call. So we didnt know what to do. We wrote a letter, trying to be responsible tenants and put our info on it. This was a month before we moved out. She never called us then so we figured everything was fine. Fast forward to February and we just got a letter from a collection agency saying we owe this place $3,000! We are pursuing legal action. But still, who runs a business like that? Our payments be have been lost many times too. Oh and now there is a new manager so nobody has any clue what is going on. This is the FOURTH manager in a year and a half. This has truly been such a horrible experience and I would not wish it on anybody.
