I've had my order delayed 3 times now and I'm beginning to think it's never going to arrive. I have been told the delay is due to staff shortages and machine failures which I understand will be affecting their daily operations however, they're still claiming their turnaround is 12 business days and taking on new orders for the same product that I am yet to receive (after over a month since ordering). Also takes about 3-4 days to get a response from their customer service team. I was planning on using Awesome Merch for some future products but this experience has definitely put me off doing so. All in all, if you want your products on time, I would order else where.

If you want responsive customer service and great turnaround dont use Awesome Merch. The only thing that awed me was how quickly my anticipation turned to disappointment. I had high hopes. Edit 1: they did finally get back to me and despite attempts to claim turnaround times were advertised as eight working days (it said five), after many many attempts at getting through to them, AW agreed to cancel the order. Two stars instead of one. Edit 2: to anyone considering this company, please note the continued failure to acknowledge their responsibility for the customer experience. Edit 3: refund came through quickly which is appreciated.

Absolutely fantastic. My prints ended up being very dark and I checked my calibrations, they checked theirs, they sent me the right ICC profiles and even went above and beyond by giving me brand new prints of the files Id later edited. Got the prints today and they look stunning. Cannot recommend Awesome Merchandise enough!! Thank you so much.
