According to there website it says that standard delivery should be dispatched within two days, however my last 5 orders have taken over 5 and because I run an Etsy store it is affecting my seller rating. If its gonna take you 5+ days to dispatch an item then say that, dont lie to your customers.

Ordered some shirts recently for a music video shoot and found myself without them the day before we were due to begin filming. I emailed their customer service department asking for an update on my order, explaining my situation. I got an email back extremely quickly apologising and explaining that theyre experiencing some delays, and although they couldnt guarantee anything they would try their best to get the shirts to us tomorrow. Well, tomorrow morning came and there was the postie with our shirts, wasnt charged a penny more for postage. Exceptional service!
