I bought a pair of boots here about a week ago and I had a lace loop break away from the boot. I called here and was told to come in and 20 minutes later I'm out here in the parking lot with my new boots heading home! Great place to buy work clothes.

Darren, we are sorry about that. As Catherine explained, some Dickies items have been significantly delayed due to the Covid19 crisis. Normally, we would have no issues. We should have called them to verify delivery while you were there. Unfortunately, we still don't know when Dickies deliveries will return to normal as they are not fully staffed. We will try to make it up to you.

Friendly fast service.. High quality.. can order things not in stock. If they don't have what you need in store.. Was told 2 weeks on an in store order. Going on 3 weeks. Still waiting..
