I traveled from Richmond to purchase the 2003 Not a Montero. I was told by the Owner to be there by 3pm & at 2:30pm he allowed a test drive to another person. I pulled up at 20 mins to 3pm and the Owner said to late don't bother going in the car is being SOLD. No loyalty to a customer. I even offered to leave a deposit the night before n he told me it was not necessary. Then he wonders why his business is doing poorly.
