The first time I used was a good service even with a higher interest rate. They say that if you pay on time for 9 months you can have a second round of loan with a much lower interest rate. Well, I did that but the interest rate went down from 2.37% to 2.17%/month. The amount available for the second round was very low and this time they filled a UCC lien against my business. But the worst part is the costumer service, the representatives don't reply emails or even calls. Definitely not recommended anymore.

****UPDATE**** Although the company responded on Google Review, the URL they provided is inaccurate and I never received an email or phone call from this company regarding the status of company loan application, yet they received all of the business information. Something is VERY SUSPECT about this company. This company retrieved my business information. NEVER contacted me regarding status, NEVER responded to my emails for status. Then I received a notification for DUNN and Bradstreet that our organization credit scores dropped from 80 to 60. I have made several attempts to contact this company to discover what is going on, to date no response. Something seems very suspect to read positive views yet my experience was a disaster.
