Hi Vlad- I believe this was previously addressed. We were asked to do "spec work" for a project for your company, Managed Industry Systems, as an example of what our retainer work looks like. We were happy to do this for you as a referral from one of our clients. The understanding being that we normally work on year long contracts, but that this was a favor. When you called and asked us to do revisions for your new client, Planet Fitness, you were reminded of the previous agreement, and said we would be happy to provide ongoing services at a discounted rate of 20% as a new retainer client. At this time you declined, and we felt it was important to maintain our existing business model. Vlad, congratulations on your growing business, and achieving success with such large nationally recognized brands. Fuller Creative will be happy to provide you more superbly executed projects, at a fair rate and contract, in the future.

We asked Fuller Creative to design a flyer. They did a superb job. When we asked them to make small changes to the flyer and create another one with the same format, they disappeared and could not get a-hold of them for months to make the small changes.
