I have asked to have my medical number changed several times and have been told, with great sarcasm, that this is impossible. I know this is not true. My daughter worked at BSA for 3 yrs. as a nurse and she said they did it many times. She works at St. David's now and she tells me that they have the ability to change the number and is shocked that HAS would refuse this request. I told her not only did they refuse but made fun of me for wanting it changed. I am so disappointed at the people in the business office, they are rude and unfeeling.
