You said you needed more time and my order would be done on Wednesday, Aug. 11th. I and my customers patiently waited. When I attempted to pick up my order on the 11th, the building was locked up during business hours. I waited outside to compose an email (because at this point I had trusted your word) and you pulled up in the back and that's when I asked what was going on and you blah, blah, blah, excuse after excuse. SO I ASKED WHEN WILL THEY BE READY AND YOU SAID FRIDAY, AUGUST 13th. When I was walking away I said they better be dope and that's when you asked for even more time. A refund wasn't discussed until I sent you an email to follow-up with what had taken place and when I brought my husband to your place of business for some clarity. Bottom line, you said you were the best and could do the job. You FAILED MISERABLY. You knew what my project was when I paid you and emailed my logos on 7/6/2021. SO NO EXCUSES. You forced your "hybrid DTG" upon me when I specifically asked for DTG, you failed at your own process...hmmmm. ..I..

Honestly one of the worst experiences with a company. Raul the owner posts on Instagram and Facebook multiple times a week, and failed to deliver my masks within 60 days and just didnt respond. I called 100 times, and emailed 10 times. They just ignored my calls, and when they did pickup, Raul was not available and avoided me. When I kept calling he said the order was accidentally sent to another client, and they would reship it. I asked for a refund, and he said he refunded the order and it never showed up. Go with someone else who is reliable and cares about their customers. AVOID THREADED MERCH!! Look at the other reviews that Raul never filled and took their money. Shady, and over priced. Multiple people never received their orders!! One person spent $2500 and never received their order. BAD BUSINESS UPDATE: after leaving this review Raul contacted me and didnt assume responsibility for the order never being delivered. I think the important detail to take away here is the fact the Raul will take your money and just not deliver the product. Assume responsibility !!!!! I am trying to leave as many details here because If your thinking about ordering with Threaded Merch, look elsewhere.

I absolutely love Threaded Merch! All of our company and fundraiser shirts are made here and the quality of their screen printed t shirts are the best! We resale alot of merch on shopify and Raul is super helpful in directing us in how to get it done for ecommerce. Very friendly and positive. Thank you for helping us grow our clothing brand! They post alot of videos on Instagram of their print jobs. They featured us on there too, they honestly didnt have to. Thank you Threaded Merch! Keep doing what you do! I know Covid has been tough for us all us small business owners, and you guys have been pushing through. Keep it up, you guys are awesome!

Total fraud!. 1.Forges signitures on invoices when clients dispute transactions. THIS IS NOT AN ACCUSATION THIS IS A FACT. 2.Doesn't return calls promptly if the complaint offends him. 3. Becomes hostile when customers insist that he stand by his word as it relates to completing work on the date he PROMISES. 5. Has friends and family post good reviews to bring his ratings back up. 6. Treats customers according to ethnicity
