Their driver drove through my yard in Milford Forest to turn his truck around on 10/13/21. He attempted to drive off as he saw me approach - offered no apology and provided his supervisor's (Wes) phone number. After several calls, Thomas Concrete has made it clear they are not interested in repairing the damage they caused to my lawn.

Horrible experience. Hired a contractor to put in a new driveway. They did not pay the bill for the concrete for 6 months, although I paid them IN FULL at the time of service. After 2 months of repeatedly contacting them they finally sent me proof of the payment. BUT the way I found out they had not paid was by Thomas Concrete putting a lien on my home. Yes, no bills, no phone calls, just a certified letter notifying me of a lien.The payment was completed 6 weeks ago and in spite of me contacting Jodi Christopher (lien manager) repeatedly at Thomas Concrete there is still a lien on my house. This is bad, bad business. DO NOT use this company.
