So sad they went downhill like this :( We used to love that brunch! Food ( despite being chain restaurant) was always good Recent three visits ( last three months ) were so disappointing I cant even describe! Food coming out always late ( at least 40 min wait ) Service is ok - but you I can tell they do struggle with staff shortages. My only problem is the food :( Quality went down so much its unacceptable! Undercooked, overcooked - or just burned ! Note to the management Please do train your kitchen staff so your regular customers do not leave for good So sad .

I really fan of Zizzi restaurant. Specially rustic pizza and pasta. BUT this branch in Hampton, I experienced the worst service and food. Welcome staff was not friendly and seems like not enjoy work. An food standard was poor. I asked there are too much burned pizza, and staff said its because of dough is thin. Its ok but no say sorry. I would not come back.

The floor around our table was very dirty with food and drink spilt. We pointed it out but it was not cleaned.
