I suspected this is a competitor that is leaving us 1 star review intentionally. I actually don't recall talking to any Ken Zheng & I found out that he has left us negative reviews in multiple locations. Most people are not that hateful (especially if you are even not one of our client, if you have talked to us over the phone & we turn you away, most like we are telling you that we don't apply Medicaid for people for free. I see that you have left negative reviews on multiple of our location, hence, if you are not a competitor that is leaving negative review intentionally, feel free to give us a call to work thing out.
