Kaniya, Thank you for your review. There was a bit of patchy white paint on your black shirts, so we did not hesitate to refund for those. As for the full order, you stated yourself via email that the other 10 shirts were perfect, therefore we did not refund you for the full order. We explained the policies on our website to you as well. We offered to replace the shirts with the patchy paint and get these shipped to you ASAP, but you also declined and continued to use profanity over email and on the phone each time you called, being very rude to our staff and owners. We do not appreciate your behavior, spamming our emails, socials, and business phone as it is harassment. Thank you.

If I could give this place a zero, I WOULD! I dont recommend this place to nobody. I recently ordered 20 shirts from this company, to only receive the wrong design and 10 shirts with patchy white paint. Marissa Magana, one of the owners, is unprofessional and rude. I asked for a full refund and to send the shirts back. She told me there was nothing she could do for the wrong design but refunded me for the patchy white paint shirts. I called the company for her to continuously hang the phone up. Then on top of that she hung up in my face. This place get over on people. She failed on her end now she doesnt want to refund me my money. LOOK AT ALL THESE FAKE REVIEWS!!! Just to get 5 stars back lollllll

Hi Sheena, thank you for the review. As you know, we are a small business. So yes we do have one or two people handling the messaging on all platforms (ie. Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, email, text). We apologize that you were late to receiving the invoice because of this. However, since Covid-19 there has been a staff shortage nationwide, I would hope you would take the time to consider these circumstances before including that in your review. What we do, is create the invoice with the order details and items provided by the customer also in a detailed list on there. Then we send it to you, and ask to please check and make sure we got everything correct so there is not miscommunication about the order details, and products provided by the customer. Sheena, we had no items to verify. You did not send a list of the items you shipped to us. Only mentioned in your words "hoodies and shirts". That is why when we sent you the invoice, we asked you to make sure EVERYTHING was on there. You said yes, and requested we send the payment link to you. We ask every customer to confirm their order details before paying, and you did not review it unfortunately. After your order was picked up, we received a message from you explaining that items were missing. First thing we did was apologize and ask which items you were referring to. You referred to 2 light blue hoodies. Our team did not recall seeing light blue hoodies with the order, so then we checked your invoice with it showing no sign of 2 light blue hoodies on it at all. We when reached back out, and mentioned we did not have this on the invoice for you (details in which you confirmed). We searched the warehouse and all rooms to look for these 2 light blue hoodies and found out that they were never delivered here to our location because there is no trace of them, and they were not with the rest of your order. We asked kindly for you to contact the wholesaler in which you ordered these from, tell them you did not receive them, and ship them back out to us. We offered to print both for discounted screen print pricing, and that we could get this done for you very quickly to solve this issue. Instead you declined and proceeding to not want to fix the situation. We wish nothing but the best for you and your business, have a great day.

Thank you for what you guys have done thus far, truly. I love your work and the price is great. Their COMMUNICATION is not good. I dont think they should have one person talking to all the customers., I was late receiving my order. I thought maybe it took more time then most, which I get. But then, Marissa stated that the invoice email didn't go through, but somehow it did after I had to send 3 messages and asking for an update. As you can see it took another 5 days to get the invoice. I got the invoice 2 weeks after the items had already arrived. Then it took another week to resolve this issue being that my last message was 1 week from today. I have customers waiting on items, and because of Marissas lack of communication it affects my business. And now, I'm just truly confused how every single order has made it to their location and now all of a sudden one hasn't. Now Marissa did request that I look at the invoice to check before I paid. However, most business will verify that all items are there before they send and invoice. THIS PLACE WILL NOT DO THAT!! Make sure you check. My last message was sent October 6th, and I had to send ANOTHER 2 emails just to get a response. Maybe things were misplaced, maybe it didn't come, maybe you forgot and just got busy, but the lack of communicationI is not okay. As you can see everything was delivered, yet I was told one didnt come. Again their work is great and the prices are good. But when things begin to get unprofessional and it affects my business. Thats not okay. They wanted me to reorder the hoodies and still pay for screen printing.
