The whole process was complicated. From requesting a quote on website, to paying the full balance before any work had been done, to the horrible inconsistent quality printing on my final product, to the 2 months it took for my shirts to be completed. The final products were badly printed with barely any attention to detail. The DTG printing looked very nice on a few of the shirts in my order but most of the shirts designs look very faded red. I was told that the reason for the red looking faded is because they did not apply enough pretreatment to the shirt before printing. That is the lack of attention to detail that I refer to. Like i said before, some shirts look great but others look horrible. My order is completely inconsistent. Since my small business sells these T-shirts, this inconsistent quality is a huge problem. If youre looking for T-shirt printing in Miami then your best bet is to look for another printing company. Especially if you care about your printing quality. I highly do not recommend this company.

I went her last Monday to speak to someone about getting T-shirts made, after researching this company that has been in business for over 30 years online, I thought they would be the best choice. As soon as you walk in the front door they have a sign that says you must make an appointment, I really wish they would mention this somewhere online, whether it be social media or their website, as I drove 30 minutes just to come to their location. I asked the receptionist to speak to someone and he said both people who could help me were on the phone with big customers and he didnt know if they would be 30 minutes or an hour plus, but that if I gave him my number they would get back with me. A week later I am yet to receive any call from this company. One would think that a company that markets theyve been in business for 30 years would have a little better customer service. Maybe this is a good company, but one thing is for sure if your planning to do business with them make sure to learn from my mistake and call first.

Last minute shirts needed. Contacted 6 other tee shirt printers. Each and every one the service was CRAPY & CLUELESS. The front person had no idea what to say or, how to help direct me with my rush order. The managers stood behind the girl answering the phone and directed me to either call back or outright no we can not get shirts printed for you in 3 days and with a low quantity. I hope other tee shirt owners would read my review. Customer service is what will keep you in business. Thats a FACT. Long story short.. if you want an ultimate experience, hassle free and good quality work, stop by MIAMI TEES. The definitely made my week. Its all about service I give them 1000%. Well done guys!! I will be back.
