My third child is now enrolled in Music Together classes with Ms. Katie. I have been in the program since 2015 with each of my 3 children. My son started Music Together at 2 weeks old! I love how inclusive the program is of ages 0-5 and is one of the few activities that I can bring all of my children to at the same time (and all will benefit)! Ms. Katie has extensive knowledge on the impact music has across all areas of child development. It is such an engaging and educational program. As my children grow older, I look forward to pursuing piano and/or violin lessons through Mattix Music Studio as I know all of the instructors are exceptional and masters of their craft.

My children, 11, 10, and 8 have been taking lessons and classes at Mattix Music for 6 years. The teachers are wonderful, kind, and professional. Each of my children learns differently and at different speeds. Mattix teachers have come along side each of them with patience and encouragement. Through group and individual lessons over the years, we have gotten to know many of the teachers, and we cant say enough good things about them. If you want your children to learn music in a positive and encouraging environment, I highly recommend Mattix Music.

My children (5 and 8) are taking lessons here for piano and violin. The teachers (Mr. Matt and Ms. Nissa) are fun and incredibly patient. I really appreciate how they stress proper technique. Lessons were easy to sign up for and they coordinate instrument rental which I found really helpful. I would highly recommend them.

Our son started taking Music Together classes at Mattix when he was 2. He had such a blast, singing a diverse blend of songs and languages and rhythmsall the time, both in class and outside! He sang himself to sleep every night! Everyone comments on how musical he is, and I really have to attribute it to Mattix! Katie has been so encouraging along the way. So we decided to start Suzuki piano at age 3, with Miss Grace. She has been so kind and patient with our threenager. We were hesitant at first because its a little pricey, but now 1 year after starting, despite the pandemic shifting classes online for a bit, our son is reading music and understand rhythm and is just really thriving. Very thankful for this gem in our community.

My children (ages 7&10) have been taking lessons and classes with Mattix Music for six years. In all of our time involved in the many different programs offered we have experienced nothing but professional, caring, and dedicated teachers. We have done it all from Music Together and Rhythm Kids classes with Miss Brenna and Miss Katie to lessons with Miss Katie, Mr. Octavio, and Dr. Grace to vocal training with Miss Brenna and Dr. Dan. It is all stellar. My kids are very different and each learns in their own unique way. The teachers are wonderful at meeting each of them where they are and creating a rich and fun environment for learning. As a musician myself I am thrilled to see my children learning not just to play particular scales or pieces but to see music as a part of life that brings a sense of joy and accomplishment.
