Unfortunately some jobs go astray. This was one of them. We offer no excuses, and at this point reasons are a moot issue. All we can say is that we agreed with you after viewing the original order, there was an issue. The way it came about is moot. But our immediate and unquestioned response was to make it right. You then left the country on vacation (was our understanding). While gone it was discussed the best option was to refund you 100% without question and start afresh. Which is what we did - provided you a 100% refund AND did not request the flawed product back. So while we do understand the frustration, it is from both sides. But only one side has money into the issue - us. So again, we are very sorry. Our intention was not to frustrate, but make sure you ended up with a product that was of acceptable quality. And we truly hope you have found a service you feel more comfortable with.

I placed an order for hats to be made. The time quoted was 2 weeks. I paid everything up front and had the job put into their production schedule. During that 2 weeks, no one contacted me to keep me updated on the order, the only way I could get ahold of them is through email. I needed these hats by a certain date. They promised that they would have them completed for me. On the day of the event someone was supposed to be at their shop but it was closed. I didn't get the order till 3 days later. Then when I did finally get them the product was embroidered HORRIBLY! The stitching was loose, lettering was unfinished, letters weren't straight, there were different color threads going through the logos and so much more. I was told they didn't even look at the final product before sending them out. I wanted to give them a chance to make it right. They said they would redo them and have them ready in another 2 weeks. That would have been today... again no one contacted me about the status of the order. Instead I had to reach out to them (through email again) and they responded to me that they are canceling the order. I am a graphic designer and deal with companies in this industry all the time. This company is by far the worst!!! They are extremely unprofessional and not worth all the wasted time spent.
Ordered shirts and hoodies march 15th 2019. Said the job would be 2weeks. No calls about the work si o stopped in. He said the order got losr in the system, i understand computer errors happen. He then told me he would put a rush ordee on my merchandise. Patiently i waited, didnt even ask for a discount. Went in tues the 9th of April 2019 itens still werent done.he said hes working on them at thar pount he would call when they are ready. It is now april 16th 2019 at this pounr i wanted a refund. Didnt even want the items. I gave only 3 stars because of the wait and no communication. Without hesitation he gave me an apology and a full refund! He then apologized again. As a business owner and professional thing simerime doesnt go as planned. But the way he handled it in the end i appreciate it
