My experience at Latitude was great at first. After about a month in, I started to notice how slow their response time was to any maintenance request I sent them. I had problems with the tack strips sticking out of the carpet. I put in multiple requests over a few months time period to have it fixed. Each time I got no response for weeks until it was marked "complete" when no one had even come to check on it. I went without heat in the winter for a couple weeks and then my last 2 months without ac in the summer. Temperatures averaged around 80 inside. They refused to do anything about the situation.

I have been living in Laitude since the building was built which is 2016. Everthing was so good unitl they changed the management. If you applied for 2B or 4B, your AC would be toally fine (in most cases), if yours is 1B especially 1B deluxe, congrats ur AC will go down occasionally either during summer or winter. If you love buying stuff, ur deliveries have chance to get stolen by some ppl who trespassed the building or even tenants. The management is a total disaster, feeling like we are the ones serving them. The manager I encountered with didnt even wanna talk to us, minding his own business. If you wanna get ur reputation back, plz hire some normal ppl, its not hard. Mcdonalds' cashiers can deliver better services than those guys. So, plz dont waste ur time here or if you are considering signing the lease, forget about it. Back on time it was a luxury apartment and I enjoyed the days I spent with my friends there, now they are just trying to induce ppl who dont know too much about the fact behind this apartment.
