It is with a heavy heart that I share this review. At this awkward time I feel we should be supporting local business and understand the challenges businesses are facing. However, its a tricky time for consumers too. I want other consumers to know that that they may experience difficulties receiving their order if they purchase items through Honest to Goodness at the moment. Heres my experience: 1. I placed an order for pick up in February. 2. Received notification that the order was packed and ready for collection. 3. Received a generic email to say that pick up was no longer available. 4. Contacted Honest to Goodness to ask if my order could be delivered, was told it could, but would have to go to the back of the queue and might take 7 to 14 days. 5. Waited the 7 to 14 days, then followed up. 6. Was sent half of the items I ordered several days later. 7. Followed up, regarding missing items. 8. Was asked to clarify several days later. 9. Clarified. 10. Was told one of the items wasnt in stock. 11. Queried, as I had been told my order was packed and ready for collection back in February. 12. Was told I would be refunded and it would take 7 to 14 days for the remaining unsent items to reach me. Feels like more effort than its worth. Please share similar local businesses I can support instead if you know any.

This is my go-to online shop for all my beans, lentils, seeds and quinoa. My most recent order was a big one (free shipping :-) so they kindly sent me some complementary Japanese goodies: umeboshi and soba! Thank you!
Great variety of products including cleaning products. I always order my products online for myself from Honest to Goodness and now for both of my sons who have moved out of home. Good delivery service and fast.
Hi I am a regular customer at Orange Grove school compound. Today I bought 1 kg of dried mangos and 200gm of apricots. However, out of curiosity I weighed them when I got home and found that I was given only 985gm for the dried mangos and 184gm of apricots. This may seem to be a trivial amount but when I pay for a given weight I don't expect to be short changed. Sylvia
