Had an good experience at first, sooke with Shannon so many times, keep promising to get back with me about broken appliances never would return my calls had to constantly reach out to her. Apparently her mother the owner toldme that I was the most unsympathetic person because after months of trying to deal with them i got ANGRY!!!! Shannon son had been in an accident that I KNEW NOTHING OF, and to me the person over Shannon should have said what can i do to help in her emergency. Instead they tagged teamed me.. Needless to say, I reached out to kitchaid and they were so appalled by my experience with this company that they repaired my appliances for free. These appliances were still under warranty when this all started

We went down twice to pick out appliances for our new kitchen. The place doesn't look like much from the outside,but inside are some of the friendliest and helpful people I have ever met. The prices are great. We compared them to many others and probably saved anywhere from 3000 to 5000 dollars. Would highly recommend them to anyone.
