If you are ordering online just know that it will come in MUCH later than it says, for example if it says September 4-5 it will NOT arrive on the fourth or rarely the fifth, rather September 5-11; not sure why this company doesnt keep straight with their word but do not rely on the shipping, order from another company. Poor customer service, wont pick up calls, it takes about 5 buisness days to get into production, and poor company overall. Please try to find another website.

I used to like this place so when I paid $150 for 4 custom T shirts, I was okay with the price but they did not show me a final image that would be printed. Came back to pick up the shirts, I gave a reference for size but the manager specifically said "I made it bigger because I thought it looked better." Image was poorly cut out and refused to reprint them when I had said this is not what I agreed to. I would have done a better and cheaper job doing it DIY.

If you are in a rush for an item DO NOT order from this website. I ordered a tank top for a concert on Tuesday the 18th paid $30 extra for shipping to be there 1-2 days. It was not in my mailbox until Monday April 24th and the concert was on the 23rd. I am mailing it back for a FULL REFUND! They didn't ship this until Friday the 21st!!!! at 9:00PM! I have called three times now and no return calls or nothing. They have told me twice this was going to be refunded but I have received NO MONEY BACK!
