Purchased x4 single items. I was overcharged $112 as the worker miraculously charged me for x3 for x1 item. I quickly noticed on my way to my car what had happened. I returned immediately to the store to get a refund, the workers were very nonchalant about the ordeal. I paid using my eftpos card so the money was refunded the same way, but there was a 2-3 businness day waiting period for the money to be returned very inconvenient!!!!! BUT what can i do. Left, feeling annoyed at the inconvenience. 2 days later i called the store as i have not recieved a refund into my account. Spoke to the manager who advised me she had figured out why the delay. Apparently when i paid for the goods + the extra $112 for nothing i used my Savings account.... when the worker reversed the overcharge of $112 back into my card she put it into the credit account....however the manager is saying that i pressed Credit when in actual fact all i done was follwed the instructions of the worker and tapped my card.
I bought shoes from this store with their staffs recommendation and they didn't even last 6 months. took them back to the store and the old lady said she can't do anything and told me to buy new ones.
