walkin obviously has higher priority. I scheduled 1030 and arrived at 1010, wait until 11: 10, the doctor finally appeared and said we have to do the exam for this customer first since she walked in. So, don't schedule, walkin next time
Came by with my grandparents yesterday and had the most wonderful interaction with a out-of-the-way service provider here. The young man was incredibly kind and made all of our days. Thank you once again
I went to vision center this afternoon to see their selection, since my son broke his frame yesterday. The guy who I talked to were very rude and told me upfront that I need to have the patient here. Then I asked him about the time frame of getting a new pair of glasses. I don't feel he wants my business there. It sounds like I am wasting his time and why I haven't left already. My son was in school at the time. That's why I didn't take him there. Also I am glad I didn't take him. I wouldn't want him to be treated like I got treated. I still took a look around the store. The selection looks good. I am giving two stars for that. But the store is totally not welcoming. I would not recommend it to anyone
