Lack of professionalism and flat out doesn't return phone calls in regards to ordered products. I shouldn't have to wait nearlyhalf a year to know what's going on with something I ordered then get blown off when I call about it. I'll take my business elsewhere. Oh, and I used this company for the past 8 years... so pretty disappointed.
