Have been chasing this franchise for over a week and still awaiting a reply from SJ Woolwich regarding a non-activated sat nav following work carried out here. Multiple calls made, but left either: - waiting for ages - cut-off (after waiting for ages) - messages taken but never returned Getting some help is feeling like a Sisyphean task. Poor customer service from a premium brand.

I buy car from BMW Woolwich last month.person who deal us totally confused & send vehicle logbook wrong address & we still chasing up and every time they saying wait this week etc. also vehicle floor mate missing we ask few times he saying we check and send you but they dont Bother. I never go back this dealership again .

A fantastic dealership with very helpful staff. I purchased a car through Marcus and he was professional and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly and pickup of the car was very flexible. Overall a great experience.

Be warned, they're not an official BMW dealer but a franchise, and hence do not come under the same scrutiny. They damaged our car twice during an insurance repair and refusing liability. The second time was cross threading a wheel nut that was only found 2 years later during a brake pad replacement - literally a safety hazard. Do not use them under any cost - go somewhere else
