Bad experience with customer service, every time I call I get excuses no explanation, no experience. I'm Diabetic Type 1 45 years and use for 35 years Medtronic and never get experience like this with Omnipod. I'm not recommend this Company.

Wish my son chose a different pump. They are so difficult to deal with. They just put you in a bureaucratic loop with their different offices and insurance company. Spent at least 10 hours on the phone with them over a week trying to work out a reorder issue only to call a month later and have them tell me they had no record of it. They told me I would have to do it all over again! Their pump works well, but pray that you do not have any issues with it. DO NOT USE THEM!!!
