Lived here last year and I could not have been happier to get out. The only perk is how close you are to campus, and you really pay for that perk, because nothing else about this place can justify the price. They boast new renovations, but I had been in the units before the renovations (A few of my friends lived there) and the only noticeable difference in the units themselves is the floors and a huge price hike. They also try to gouge you any way they can. They tried to force me to pay for parking for the rest of my lease (3 months), claiming some annual pass that couldn't be taken off my account, when I had only had monthly parking for the past few months. Would rather commute 45 minutes every day then live here.

Although construction and water shut offs are a necessary evil, we do our best to try to make residents as comfortable as possible. We have instructed the construction crews to only do quiet work through 10:00AM for the next two weeks as students are studying for final exams or working late. Water got shut down during the day time almost monthly in the past year its kind of ok because there is always an announcement ahead. Construction is noisy but I can understand that old buildings needs that. What I cant understand is as a students housing, WHY CONSTRUCTION ALWAYS HAPPENS DURING THE MID TERM WEEK OR FINAL WEEK?????? Very disappointed. I do not recommend this place to students who prefer study at home. You many considering stay on campus 8am-8pm and ONLY come home to sleep at night!
