Customer service is poor. Other than that, good all around store.
Hi Daniel, we do require our employees to wear masks. As to customers we let them make that choice. Unfortunately it is hard to please everyone in this situation that is going on. We are truly sorry this happened. However, the rental equipment was loaded by both our employee and your husband. At the time, our employee recommended doing something to further secure the equipment. Your husband was satisfied with putting the empty water tank behind the wheels on the equipment. Equipment cannot always be secured the same way in every vehicle. We have to rely on customers knowing how to secure a load in their specific vehicles. Regardless of fault, this issue has been submitted to our insurance company.

More like Do it Least. WAS a loyal customer until they negligently loaded rental equipment. Moving a few mph in the parking lot caused the unit to smash the rear window. Manager didn't even offer an apology. Appalling. Update: Owner depiction is not accurate and it took posting this review to get an apology.
