I was a surprised by the poor condition of the campground. RV spots are very close to each other. A guy next to me ran his generators all night! There isn't a campground host to monitor. There are no tables and it is unkept and full of weeds. The pool is nice. It's not worth $55 a night. The Forest Service campgrounds are much nicer up the road for $16 a night. The electricity is 20 amp only.
Filthy showers with rust, spiderwebs in the unit, very dirty, they turn off electric and water from 10pm-6am with no warning, no wifi or cell phone signal, end of 5 mile dirt road that is not maintained.
We do too, Nancy! Thanks for your recent visit. Sawtooth Lodge

This was our third year in a row going to the Sawtooth Lodge and it was just wonderful! We have now made this an annual, family tradition. The grandkids look forward to it all year!

We had a lovely time at the Sawtooth Lodge. We rode bikes, fished, hiked went horse back riding, explored the waterfall, the hot springs and used the pool. The cabins were VERY rustic. It would have been great to have a fire-pit at our cabin and a picnic table and hooks on the walls inside to hang up all of our damp things (it rained) and we were constantly wet to dry...the cabins could be upgraded a bit to add a few amenities and that would make a big difference in comfort.
