I had a horrible experience. I ordered online and was planning to pick up my daughters uniform. A couple days later American Casual rep called and left me a message to see if I wanted them to drop it off at the school instead. I called them back right away and accepted their offer. When my daughter went to the school office they didn't have her clothes. I called American Vasual back to find out what happened. They told me they didn't have a note anywhere and that they still had it for pick up. I explained what happened and the girl said to hold, when she came back on the phone she said only her and her co-worker take calls and that neither of them spoke to me. I am so disappointed in their customer service. They pretty much called me a liar instead of fixing the mistake. Instead of offering to sent it to the school on the next drop off she said to pick up at the store. She was also very rude!!!
I never leave reviews but this time I felt it was necessary. It's all started with them selling items they don't have in stock. I purchased a few items, when not everything arrived I called them to see what the issue was. I called numerous times in regards to the items and to get a refund but the customer service was horrible. The woman I spoke with refused to answer any of my questions and insisted on transferring me over to a different department. Fastforward two weeks of reaching out I still don't have the items or my refund.
