this apartment complex is one of the worst in phoenix az thae manager anna is rude nothing gets fixed p&h is the management company bob who works there is rude the grounds are filthy they let drug dealers move in. the do not run back ground checks and let anyone move in here the took all the leases out of the office and tryed to force everyone to sign a new lease. the pool is always filthy the manager is never in the office she is never here then she comp-lains when she does not recive the rent and tryes to charge everyone late fees NICE TRY ANNA THE OFFICE MANAGER. the cops are always here the laundry room is always dirty the washers do not have hot water the parking lot lights are always getting turned off they say its to save money but our cars and safety must not be a concern of theres. there is mold in most of the unites that they keep saying there going to take care of and nothing to this day has been done and it has now been over a year the owner of the complex has no idea what is being done here due to the fact he never comes and looks and the 2 times he did they pulled people from other complexes to come here and clean and after the owner had left thing keep getting worse.. DO NOT RENT HERE OR RENT AT ALL FROM P&H PROPERTIES
