I would not recommend this company. I had them sew on patches to my sons high school letterman jacket. I am extremely unsatisfied with the stitching job. The stitching it not straight and very messy. They stitched over the letters on the patch. They did not stitch close enough to the edge, which has caused the points on the patches to stick out. This is an extremely sentimental item and they really made a mess of it. Taking the stitching out will cause a problem because now there will be holes left in the patches. I will have to buy all new patches (which cost over $100) and have someone else sew them on, which will cause an additional $150. T&T did a VERY sloppy job. DO NOT TAKE YOUR LETTERMAN JACKETS TO THEM. I emailed the owner and have not heard back form her yet.

They were very professional and patient on the phone and in person. They took in my last minute order instead of just declining my request for a reasonable rush fee. Great customer service, I can't wait to see the finished product.
