My apologies for making you feel ghosted. I did not ghost you guys. We are closed on Sunday and Monday and Tuesday which was yesterday I had a family member pass away as I was closing, however I was here and dealing with a hospice situation since Tues, But I was trying to get your project completed before the weekend... However there were some errors in which I apologize because part of ... no most of my focus was on a loved one. I would like to rectify this situation if I may. My business partner and I placed an order for business cards and hang tags for clothing. The aesthetics were nice, but after a second look, we realized there were some errors including no hole for the hang tags. We reached out to the owner immediately. It took him several days to respond. After a bit of back and forth he agreed to redo the work, but it was too late because we had already taken our business elsewhere. . We requested a refund and he has ghosted us. The unprofessional manor in which our concerns were handled was was and is unacceptable.

Sorry Eldon for the service you received or lack there of, however your order was dropped off and there were no order forms filled out or payments made, at the time , 4 weeks ago (not 7) never the less it's still too much time to wait for a set of decals, It was delivered in a ziploc bag and placed elsewhere by a Temporary staff member. so it was not in the "in and out" box. This is not how we typically operate. We Specialize in apparel..but we also offer decals. Allow us to remove the sour taste in your mouth...as we offer you 50% off of your next potential order
