1/8 of a star. Been getting eye exams for 45+ years. Never, Ever have I seen such filthy phoropters!!! 1st room 3/4 of left eye lens has visual obstructions! How can you get a good eye exam? Was told being difficult, & no one else complains as a response to my question. I did ask it repeatedly. 2nd room phoropter, right eye lens even more obstructed!!! Received a letter in couple days time, I'm not allowed to be their patient! Front desk staff person was rude. Least amount of lens flipping choices I've ever had in my life!!!
First time there, I went in because one of the screws fell out for a piece of my glasses. I signed in and sat down for about 2 minutes before they came back out with a new screw and it was as tight as the day I got my glasses. Wasn't charged a dime and the staff seem friendly. I'll definitely be going back if I need anything else.
The lady with the raspy voice has the most passive aggressive attitude ever. The other staff is friendly, but miss ma'am that seems to answer the phone all the time needs to fix her attitude ASAP. Anyways, I got the three months contacts from them and asked them to be delivered. Mind you, I didn't know that they weren't deliverable because I mean... no one told me. So, then I called them because I thought they were going to be delivered, and again miss ma'am with the raspy voice, basically told me that there was no way to get them delivered and that I have to send some some shipping label. I honestly don't know why I went there, because I literally live an hour a way, but my mom thought it was best, since I've been going there since I was in first grade, and now I've just started college. I usually don't write bad reviews because I've worked in customer service and I known how it feels to deal with rude customers that complain about nothing, but like let's fix the attitude and inform customers.
