Ordered a sweatshirt on November 5th 2021 I knew it was gonna take a little time to ship to me because it had to have my command logo put on it. I called them on December 5th to check on my order and they told me it was on back order for a carhartt sweatshirt. Called back a few days later and the person I talked to told me they had it in stock and she would tell them to put a rush on it and I should get an email with in a week about the status. Called back around the 15th and the lady I talked to said she was going to get a supervisor involved and I would get an email right after our phone call and guess what I never got either emails. I called again today December 20th, now I'm in California so the same timezone as Gear Up in Oregon, I called at 11am and every single time I got voicemail I clicked on all options on the phone and voicemail on all of them. Their customer service just gives answers but has no results, their phone services never answer on the first one there is no hold its just right to voicemail. A solid answer is all that I am looking for just to get my product I ordered before summer when the sweatshirt won't be worth it.

If I could give 0 stars I would this company had the worst customer service! The quality of the products makes me question if it is real nike or knock off. The T shirts are see through. I ordered a bag for one sport and received a bag for another. When I wanted to return it I was told I agreed to the purchase. It's like shop at your own risk. If you're a sports director I'd choose another company! There are many other more reputable companies to choose from.

I ordered a Little League sweatshirt for my son. Everything was perfect,and a GREAT quality sweater at that. Then I realized the number was 13, and not 31, as I ordered. After checking it wasn't actually my fault...whew... I contacted Gear Up Sports by email and phone. They responded immediately, admitted their error, and emergency sent out a replacement sweater with the correct number. Great service, great product, great experience. Thanks guys!!!

If I could give them a 0, I would. Their promise is, they will do everything in their power to make sure our athletes have their gear on time for game time. Ha... why would they have waited 3 days before they mailed out my daughters items? 3 days. I'm sure it would have been even longer if I didn't ask for an update. I ordered items from them and paid extra for them to expedite the order and ship it out quicker. I clearly said I needed the order no later than the 10th (game on 12th... picture day on the 14th. I had to reach out to them several times and was told the order was completed on Dec 7th. Today was Dec 10th! I said I never got a tracking number stating they mailed it out. Got a reply back late Friday night stating that because they dropped the ball, they are refunding me my $25 expedited fee and are upgrading my shipping. They followed up with a tracking number and they shipped it UPS ground. It will arrive in 8 days. This is NOT expedited shipping. I hope never have to use this company again. Way over priced, horrible customer service and they clearly don't care about completing the job on time. I even asked why they held onto the package for 3 days before shipping. No response. Just horrible. If you have another option to buy from someplace else, do it. They have no intentions of keeping their promise.
