I needed a replacement Marine 5.7 MPI for my boat which I have been shopping for Jasper has one price on the internet I called about a week ago they gave me a different price and today I was ready to purchase the motor and I got bad treatment from the sales associate telling me the motor more expensive than the first time I called and telling me if my mechanic called him he would give him a better price I don't understand I am the one with the money well I guess that's why they lost the sale the salesman was not very enthusiastic of selling the motor which I can get anywhere I guess they don't need my money.
I was amazed at the sheer scope of Jaspers operations. They stay on the cutting edge of efficiency and newer technology. The quality of their units has only gotten better. I will always recommend Jasper remanufactures units before others because of how they stand behind and improve their product constantly. Thank you for the tour of your outstanding facilities.
Zero stars should be an option. Took 3 weeks to get the first new engine, they didnt build it right, then took 5 weeks to send my repair shop another engine. I went a month longer without my vehicle due to Jaspers negligence and they refuse to give any discount or refund. Maybe you guys should edit your mission statement to reflect your true actions. Im not impressed with your quality assurance, not impressed with your customer service.
