Hi victor my name is fausto and am sorry that we werent any help to you, at that point in time i was not with us1 auto parts, if i was I wouldve Responded to your comment and maybe clear the misunderstanding you had with whoever attended you back in 2014, sorry again; Sometimes we have an engine that is on inventory to be sold as a good engine and the thing is that if you start pulling parts off of it it starts loose its appealing to a possible buyer if it looks like its been messed with and thats only one of the reasons we dont pull parts off of those engines, what I think happened is that the person you spoke with didnt explain this to you or was rude in the way they told you about not wanting to sale you the part. hope to here from you soon. They won't sell the parts I needed Don't even waste your time if you need an outside engine part. They will try to sell the entire engine. Awful service , attendant is not friendly and doesn't know about parts
We do not handle ourselves like that, just because you come and say your side of the story doesnt make us a bad company all you need to do is call the office and ask for a refund if you havent already done so, we can help

***WARNING! WARNING!***Knowingly shipped bad/damaged airbag clockspring and charged me $80. I called and told them the airbag clockspring arrived damaged because they FAILED to properly remove and secure the clockspring during dismantling. Prior to placing the order, I asked "Did you guys properly remove and secure the clockspring?" And they said, "of course!" When I called to express my dissatisfaction they told me "We don't warranty electrical parts." DO NOT ORDER PARTS WITHOUT INSPECTING THE PARTS FIRST! DO NOT ORDER, If your part needs to be shipped to you. I am warning everyone! More than likely, you will be sorry! My invoice reference number is 41623 and I live in TENNESSEE.

Is hard to please everybody, but I keep trying, it is usually more often we find the motivation to make our feelings heard when you werent satisfied than when you were pleased by the service.
