Hi Allun. I'm sorry you feel this way and we have in no way intended to make anybody out as a liar. As Im sure you can appreciate we are very busy at this time of year and sometimes with custom items its very easy to get confused. After your dad had left the shop I did infact realise that he had been charged for the extra image and tried to contact him to either bring it back to add the extra image or refund him the difference but it looks like we have taken down an incorrect number. Again very sorry about this. Please get in touch with us with your number so we can rectify this. My Dad called in on my behalf and ordered and paid for a bespoke t shirt. The price was 13 without a little holly emblem (Christmas t shirt) or 14 with the emblem. My Dad paid the 14 to include the emblem. When he picked the shirt up, there was no emblem on it. He was told that he had agreed to have no emblem printed on the shirt (which he hadn't) and the cost with the emblem would have been 15. I am not bothered about the price and I told my Dad, if it was under 30, to buy it, 1 either way is not worth bothering about. Pity they just couldn't admit their mistake instead of making out my Dad a liar. Purchased from top Dog a few times, when they were located in Stourbridge, never had any problems.

Brilliant shop! The quality of service is fantastic and so are the products. The range of pre made designs are great and so are the different styles of merchandise you can have designs on too. I love that you can have products customised for you as well and the prices of the products are good value. One of the best shops in Stourbridge.

Delivered 17 custom made t shirts within a couple of days of us ordering. Good quality and really good customer service to make sure we got them in time for our trip. Brilliant price, so couldn't quite believe what we got for it. Cannot fault them in any way and would recommend .
