Front desk staff were nice and polite, but the staff person who they called (to help me find something for my fireplace) was absolutely rude. I stopped in hoping to spend my money with a local business, but I am now very happy to spend my money online instead.

The customer service is awful! The nose in the air attitude for such an old stuffy place is so antiquated at this point. I never got ONE smile the whole time in there and we have 3 HOMES to buy lighting for! I came in and found the perfect light at a great price. I asked about the pricing and was told "this is the price until they are all gone". I came back a few days later and asked for the light. I was then charged on my card. 10 min. go by and I'm told that they have no stock but I can have the display AT NO DISCOUNT?! Interesting way to handle their mistake....she then made a "return" and made a new charge for THE SAME LIGHT for $10 more! The only apology that was offered was very condescending "I am sorry our computer inventory was wrong" with NO SMILE NO PERSONALITY ugh worst experience ever!
