Lacking on customer service. I got ray bans from there and came back to get the fixed because the side got loose so quick, and they temporarily fixed it, it's still messed up.

We understand your frustration. We also feel the right to explain our side before giving us a low rating. What you received were what was promised: 1.74 thinnest high index lens with Crizal Sapphire. This is easily verified if you wanted to ask us for a lab invoice. An uncut lens is thinnest in the middle and gets thicker toward the edge. The glasses you chose have a bigger shape than your old glasses. So, the bigger shape makes the lenses thicker on the edge. We also shaved the bevel to make it look less thick on the edge for you. Secondly, Crizal Sapphire is the lastest generation in AR coating. It doesn't have the green hue. It has a blue hue - that's why it's name Sapphire. We did not give you cheap coating... My family were their long term customer. However, after just got new glass from them we will never go there again. Very dishonor. $665 for prescription glass promo me to get 1.74 thinnest high index len which is $100 more expensive than 1.67 however when i went pick it is not thinner than my 1.67 glass. Ok, they said going to order new one. However, from what I see they just cut the edge of the len to make it look better, but the cutting work was horrible the left and right len cutting dont match. Also, the AR coating reflection of blue light instead of green light which i always have. after googling oh the blue light reflection from AR is the cheapest coating. ... OK fine period. NO more business from my whole family.
