Came in for oil change, service ok at best. Its obvious how some customers get treated differently. Its too bad because the sales side is so good, service is just lacking...
Mr. Rivers thank you for sharing your comments. Policy is that as long as office personnel are not required to wear their mask as long as they are seated at their desks and are behind the plexiglass partition. Once they are up from their desks, they do wear their masks. Please be assured that all personnel at Towne adhere to this requirement. I understand you were not happy being asked to wear your mask properly, however we are strictly adhering to County guidelines that all customers and employees properly wear their masks unless protected behind a partition or barrier. Never again. Went to Towne BMW today to meet with a sales agent. Test drove a beautiful 2020 M550 x-drive ($67,000). When I returned from the test drive I noticed my sales agent in the office of the used car sales manager. I walked up to the office door (door was open) in clear view of the sales manager Daniel Singer and two other associates. Unfortunately the sales agent I was dealing with had his back to me. After standing around awkwardly with no acknowledgement whatsoever for almost 2 minutes I took a phone call and walked around the showroom floor to kill time. After circling back around to Mr.Singers office with my mask half way on, I was finally acknowledged. I can't make this story up and I know there were witnesses. Mr. Singer, who had no mask on at all looked up at me and said "Are you waiting on someone?" to which I responded "yes, my salesman". Mr Singer then proceeded to sit at his desk completely maskless and lecture me about my mask not completely covering my face. Mr. Singer, Let me teach you how to do your job so you do not lose customers in the future........... Mr. Singer - Hello Sir, Can someone help you with something? Also, if you could please cover your nose and mouth with your mask we would appreciate it. Customer - Oh yes, sorry, here is $67,000 for that M550. Mr Singer - Thank you for your business! Have a nice day. I'm not sure what world this man lives in that he thinks he can lecture customers about not properly wearing masks when he has no mask on at all. Meanwhile, I'm 15ft away from him and the other salesman in his office and he is no more than 4 feet away from the other said individuals. I will say he did have a plastic shield on the front of his desk, but the sales agents were located to the side with no protection whatsoever. I am not an anti-masker in the least. I respect the rules that are intended to keep everyone safe but Mr. Singer only seems to care about the rules applying to others while exempting himself. Eventually this used car shortage will come to an end and customers will be treated with the respect and appreciation they deserve. In my opinion this was a very unprofessional experience and due to the way I was approached this will be my last visit to Towne Bmw. I hope for Mr. Singer, the company, and his staff he will be more courteous and respectful to all customers in the future whether good times or bad. PS Mr. Singer - WEAR YOUR MASK!!!

My girlfriend was on a one day trip to Buffalo from Toronto and had to stop by this business to get a tire check on her 2 year old mini. Her check tire light was on. Keep in mind she purchased this car in Canada. I was so worried when she said she might be having car trouble. She was there for 45 minutes were they checked her tire and refilled it. She had no further problems and they didn't even charge her for the work. Thank you for taking care of her. Fast, friendly, and very loyal to global customers. I'm truly impressed.

I recently purchased a 3 year old BMW 430ix from Towne BMW. My buying experience was outstanding. I searched their website and found a 430 that looked interesting. So we decided to go take a look. There were many very nice late model BMW's on their lot. After a few minutes we found the 430 that we had seen on their website and a 340i that looked very nice. So we walked inside. After a minute or two we met Client Advisor Michael Yoerg. We talked with Michael about the cars, he listened, explained the differences between the two cars, all with no pressure. We then test drove the 430ix. The car was like new! When we returned to Towne, we told Michael that we were interested in the car. Did I say no pressure, Michael did not rush us, he answered all of our questions. He even showed us a few other cars, making sure that we had the "big picture". My wife and I are both 67. We've purchased many cars over the years. Working with Michael Yoerg, and the folks at Towne was the BEST! No pressure, easy going, listened to what we had to say, knowledgeable. Oh, and fair prices!!! We now own that BMW 430ix, and love it!!! I give Michael Yoerg and Towne BMW 5+ Stars

I will be moving forward with a lawsuit against rob & bmw took my car in 2020 now will not start with no more then 25k miles on the car he asked my brother so many personal questions now we are left with a car that doesnt start bmw of buffalo New York we will see you in court
