Ordered two jackets for my kids school online, got the email that they were ready for pick up, I arrived at the store and waited in line for 20 min only to find out the jackets were not embroidered. I waited at the embroidery station for an hour, even after they messed up several times and had me look for more jackets on the racks. Not one employee was friendly, in fact at one point the three girls behind the counter argued with each other for 10 min, and no one apologized for the wait. If it wasn't for the fact that I HAVE to shop here for my kids I would never return to this store ever again.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! School REQUIRES us to use this store for uniforms. Staff not knowledgeable and avoid helping at all costs. Manager seems lost, and overwhelmed. Store was out of stock -- AGAIN. I prepaid with the store's promise of a call when product arrived. They LIED! I called two weeks later to find out they grabbed product from the rack to suffice my order - meaning, it had arrived and they chose not to call me. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!!!

It was a very busy place, but I feel the staff did a pretty good job at handling all the orders. When I couldn't find something, someone was always around to help me and someone even went to the back to find a size sweater I couldn't find. The cashier was very friendly and knowledgeable about what needed to be embroidered, which was good since I'm a first time charter school parent. The embroider line was long but that makes sense since there were so many people there. They had 3 or 4 embroider machines and 2-3 people operating them as fast and best they could. Overall good experience.

The staff is very pleasant and helpful, the store is huge and organized with a variety selection, also clean! I know I will come back for more!

Have waited over two weeks for scrubs. I ordered through wonderwink and its coming up on three weeks. They said manager called but after reading other reviews now makes me wonder if they delay your orders or take forever to get your order placed. So follow up I was told July 20 you can pick up scrubs and now I'm getting told a whole another week after ordering the scrubs over a month ago. I expect some kind of discount for this service from wonderwink or the store.
