Purchased a new Aries 3 tent a few days ago. When I opened the package that was professionally wrapped. Only on the fly were 2 what I would consider burn holes about the size of a nickel. That were matched up perfectly in the packaging. When I contacted Rodney Vollmer of Alps Mountaineering he stated I must have been sold a used tent and their was nothing they could do or offer. Not even a patch or discounted fly? Just go away. So I will not be buying another product from this company. As I am hoping you hear this story and decide to go with another company.
